A nonprofit built by alumni — for the girls who come next.

STEAMBlue Girls was founded by alumni of La Reine High School to extend a legacy of empowering young women through high-quality education and bold ambition. We fund elementary school-age girls in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area who want to participate in STEAM-related programs — but need help getting there.

Mission

To increase awareness of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) among young women and girls.

Vision

To support and encourage young women and girls to expand their career horizons and build leadership skills by exploring and participating in STEAM-related activities.

Commitment

To provide financial support to elementary school age girls in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.
